In 2019, Ultra launched a brand-new strategy to transform the business, ‘One Ultra’. In the 2020 annual report, the business offered an update on progress, and in this 2021 report, it’s now clear to see that Ultra has made real, lasting changes.

In 2019, Ultra launched a brand-new strategy to transform the business, ‘One Ultra’. In the 2020 annual report, the business offered an update on progress, and in this 2021 report, it’s now clear to see that Ultra has made real, lasting changes.

For the past two years, we’ve also helped the company to produce an accessible, on-brand sustainability report. Striking use of colour and high-quality imagery give both the reports a unique, confident feel.

Focus, fix and grow: Since the launch of the new strategy in 2019, we’ve helped Ultra maintain a consistent identity, using the same colours and icons to denote each part of the strategy so stakeholders can easily follow what’s happening.

What makes Ultra different: We helped Ultra to put together a simple, purpose-led business model description which uses a mixture of graphics and text to get the message across.

Making the case: As a defence business, Ultra is well aware that sustainability is a critical consideration for investors and other stakeholders. The dedicated report explains why Ultra is a positive force in the world.
