In our second year with Taylor Wimpey, one of Britain’s biggest house builders, we worked closely together to produce an unusually transparent and detailed business model description. This section offers meaningful insight into how revenue is generated and allocated, how important trade-offs between stakeholders are made, and how the model is evolving, among other things.

Further best-practice content was added to the strategy, risk and governance sections, with the aim of improving transparency and balance. Meanwhile, the report opens with a bold, investor-focused opening messaging section that explains why the business is ‘Fit for the future’, highly investible and poised for growth.
