Mitie’s 2024 annual report communicates its new three-year plan, “From Facilities Management to Facilities Transformation”, setting out how Mitie is anticipating changing customers’ needs for their built environments; reduced carbon footprint; higher levels of assurance for security and cleanliness; and hybrid working.

The market’s reaction has been supportive, with the share price rising by more than 20%. The company has seen a step change in the level of investor interest in Mitie, both in the UK and overseas, and has added a number of new high-quality long-term investors to its share register.
