Our fourth report for Breedon, a vertically-integrated construction materials business, showcases the fundamental resilience and strength of the company, in the context of an uncertain market backdrop.

The key challenge for the team this year was to articulate Breedon’s underlying strengths and prospects in a way that could break through the prevailing narrative around the sector.

This was achieved principally by doubling down on the most compelling messaging at the investor relations team’s disposal, giving over the first nine pages of the report to a series of crisp, meaningful assertions – backed by evidence – which prove that Breedon is a ‘better, stronger business’, well-positioned to succeed in the future.

As ever, compelling content is supported by a distinctive visual language, striking typography and high-quality, original photography, while a six-page business model description offers investors meaningful insight into how Breedon operates and makes money, while incorporating ‘in action’ case studies.

Further highlights of the report include detailed strategy discussion, which explains progress made in ‘year one’, following the successful launch of ‘Breedon 3.0’ last year, a comprehensive sustainability and TCFD section, and a design-led governance section that incorporates substantial ‘Board in action’ content and answers specific questions from shareholders.
