Airtel Africa serves a wide range of communities across the breadth of sub-Saharan Africa from Nigeria in the west to Kenya and Madagascar in the east, providing essential voice, data and mobile money services.

Many of these communities are underserved by telecoms and banking infrastructure, which is why Airtel Africa’s purpose is dedicated to transforming people’s lives by enabling greater connectivity, digitisation and financial inclusion. Inspired by the commitment of the new CEO, the 2022 annual report captures the stories of real customers, in their own words, in their own language in an engaging upfront section.

We’ve worked closely with the Airtel Africa team in London, Lagos and Nairobi since the company listed on the London and Nigeria stock exchanges in 2019, creating their annual reports and sustainability communications.
