The Suffolk brewer has made huge investments across its business, affecting its financial performance in the year, but positioning it for long-term growth.

At the core of Adnams’ company strategy is the belief that doing the right thing is also very good for business. 2017 was a year of huge investment and substantial change at the company, which caused some inevitable disruption and dented financial performance. 

We worked with the Adnams team to communicate how they are growing the business sustainably to meet increasing demand for their products and services. We emphasised the company’s focus on delighting its customers in everything they do, from their reinvention of Southwold's Swann Inn to the launch of Ghost Ship - an alcohol free ale.
