IHG’s well-established guest loyalty scheme was relaunched as IHG Rewards Club to provide a stronger connection across its brands, including Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza.
We brought the programme to life, incorporating the new IHG corporate brand, which is designed to connect the group more visibly to its hotel brands.
We created a global launch campaign for use by IHG’s communications and marketing teams worldwide, including digital tools, e-communications, animations, printed collateral, exhibitions and on-site materials. We also produced a multi-media employee engagement campaign to help hotel staff understood the programme and its benefits.
