Recently Bregal Investments welcomed external investors to participate in its funds, supplementing its parent company’s contributions and the firm wanted to convey its story by transforming its digital presence.

 

Having worked with the international private equity firm to create a step change in its external communications, principally through its responsible investment reporting, we were well placed to help shape the new website, contribute to the narrative and develop the corporate brand to completely reposition Bregal’s presence in the digital environment.

An engaging story: With a sophisticated and contemporary design, the site presents investors and management teams of prospective portfolio companies with a clear story in an engaging and accessible style.

Gateway to individual funds: Bregal operates five direct investment funds and a fund-of-funds providing them with investment oversight, governance and high quality centralised operational support. The site provides a gateway to these funds.

Evolving the brand: The brand toolkit was refined to make it more digitally effective, while the existing brand assets were leveraged to give Bregal ownership.

 

Our friends in the Responsible Investment team championed the project within Bregal, an extra duty that we simplified for them by driving the project from start to finish, working with contributors across their network including from London, New York and Amsterdam.
