In its first annual report after listing in London and Nigeria in July 2019, Airtel Africa describes how it’s ‘Win with’ strategy is transforming lives.

We worked very closely with the team in London, Lagos and Nairobi to map out the report, plan messaging and detail key content areas, providing a blueprint for the copywriters; while the design strikes the right balance between the business’ strong performance and the uncertainty presented by COVID-19. 

Indeed, during the final months of the report, published in May, the pandemic triggered changes to the narrative, the introduction of a new ‘Our response to COVID-19’ section and the cancellation of a photo shoot, scuppering our plans to capture imagery of customers, partners and colleagues.
